Fluoridation? Is it necessary?

Posted on

I saw this youtube video yesterday:

It was very informative about the process of water fluoridation.  Now I have been reading a lot lately on the “evils” of this process, and considering I really have not looked into what the fluoride they use in the water supply is.  Well… after watchign that youtube video I am happy to say that I am glad we have our own well.

It seems the fluoride they use in the water supply is not the same as the fluoride the dentist uses on your teeth, or even the fluoride they use in tooth paste.  I recommend to people living in city areas to push for the end to fluoride in their water supply.  Here’s the reason why, seems the fluoride used in the water supply is a waste product from big industry.

I do recall some time ago (I don’t remember when or where) about a tanker truck that had crashed and broke that contained fluoride for water supplies and they had to evacuate a town due to possible danger from poising (hey anyone out there that can find that story please put a link up for me).

Sounds like a wonderful thing to put into your drinking water doesn’t it?  Not to mention giving it to kids to make sure their teeth grow stronger… which according to that video it does not do it.  It does however (according to this video) makes the brown spots on your teeth.  Now isn’t that interesting?

Now from what I know of it the people who made this video  on youtube are respected enough to be considered reliable, so I dare you to watch it and think for yourself!
